We ship globally from Nigeria, offering both domestic and international shipping.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 8-10 business days after payment.

• Custom/pre-order items take 10-15 business days before shipping.

• Processing times may be longer during peak seasons.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• Nigeria: Standard (3-5 days), Express (1-2 days).

• Africa: 5-10 days.

• Europe, UK, USA, Canada, Middle East, Asia: 5-7 days.

• Australia & Rest of the World: 10-14 days.

Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Fees

• Domestic: From ₦6000.

• International: Based on location and carrier rates.

• Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may incur customs fees, duties, or taxes,

payable by the recipient. Shop Udeme is not responsible for customs delays.

6. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent via email/SMS once your order ships.

7. Address Issues & Failed Delivery

Ensure your shipping details are correct. If a package is returned due to an

incorrect address, reshipment fees apply.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If marked delivered but not received, check with neighbors or your post office.

We are not liable but will assist in filing a claim.

9. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processed.

Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
