1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds for:

  • Defective or damaged items (proof required).

  • Wrong item received.

  • Order never arrived (subject to courier investigation).

No refunds for:

  • Worn, washed, or altered items.

  • Sale or clearance items (final sale).

  • Shipping/customs delays.

  • Incorrect size selection.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Contact us within 3 days at support@shopudeme.com.

  • Provide your order number, issue details, and clear photos.

  • We’ll review and respond within 3-5 business days.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days

  • to the original payment method.

  • Bank/payment provider processing times may vary.

  • If denied, we may offer store credit or an exchange.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days, check with your bank.

  • If unresolved, contact us at support@shopudeme.com.

5. Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Defective or incorrect items may qualify for an exchange or store credit.

  • Store credit is valid for 6 months.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for our errors (wrong/defective items).

  • Customers cover return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
